Astronomia
L'immagine è mostrata come deviazione standard.
Tipica prima sequenza fotografica in astronomia!

Forse no ?
Contrasto scorrelato

Ripresa veloce
Primo esperimento di ripresa veloce con CORE-CAM. Sono 1000 immagini riprese in binning 4x4, esposizione 500uS @ 180 fps
Analisi vibrazioni

Applicazioni? Molte ...

Noise organization?
The video was produced by applying an Optical Flow Dense algorithm to 500 dark images deriving from a CCD. The black and white part is the original. Does not it intrigue you? But its only an artefact of the algorithm! Maybe not?

Fast shooting
First experiment of fast shooting with CORE-CAM. Binning 4x4, exposure 500uS, 1000 frames @ 180fps
Vibration analysis
First quick grab attempt for vibration analysis. A laser is reflected on a steel plate that is stressed with small taps (by a pencil), everything is taken up with CORE-CAM in 4x4 binning, exposure 100uS @ 180 fps. By image processing the induced vibrations are easily extracted and also the sound produced!
Experiment in psychology, how people seek a reality in which they believe.
In this video we see MATTEO SALVINI (Italian politician) listening to his opponent with absolute calm.
Applying magnification and analyzing the RED channel shows the heart rate of 75 bpm.
In line therefore with what is seen. This video is quite ideal as the subject analyzed does not move much
but it must be emphasized that the measure could be distorted by the broadcast that produced the video.
The pulsations are evident but the time base given by the FRAME RATE may have been altered.

Structures
Vibration of a bell tower of a church placed near a railway.
The vibrations are introduced by the passage of the train.
The image is magnified and uses a pseudo coloring.
The video is actually repeated 10 times.
The Morandi bridge of Genoa film on 30 June 2018 with a technique that amplifies the movement, in this case set to 80x. That film is a small portion of the bridge taken about 300m away. On balance, the oscillations reached 10cm while four fundamental oscillation frequencies were detected below 4Hz.
Portion of the Morandi bridge filmed after the collapse. The large image is taken up with a technique of magnifying the movements at 80x while the small is as it appeared to the eye, everything has been processed to display the profiles. The structure moves under the stress of the wind ...
Portion of the Morandi bridge in Rome (Magliana). In the small box you can see the image as perceived by our eyes, in the big image you can see the magnified image at 10x. The movements that are seen are due to the stresses of urban traffic. There is also a lot of noise due to the presence of many insects!

I report this film because it is particular. About the second 20 appears in the original image (the small one in BN) something that in the big video is amplified and colored with an Optical Flow Dense, what I do not know and that's why I share it ....
The first shot is the natural recovery while the second is elaborated with the EVM. If examined carefully you will see evident vibrations and strong variations in brightness. This technique amplifies (at will) all these small variations. In the case of the road there is a bit of wind (about 5m / s) which causes movement. This technique is not flour of my bag but of MIT I only read the publication and I wrote the program that implements it. Applications? Many ...
