Started up in Pisa in the early ‘90s, D.T.A . is the very first Italian company that designs, produces and markets its own line of professional cooled CCD cameras, customized devices, software and digital image systems. Located in Cascina (PISA), DTA developed the first commercially available high performance CCD (HCCD) digital camera in 1994 and continues to provide innovative imaging solutions for scientists, researchers and manufacturers, thus complying with the needs of well-known Research and University Centers as well as private companies, both in Italy and abroad in a lot of scientific fields.
