Licensing and redistribution

QPE is distributed under the Officina Turini Freeware Source-Available License — Quantum Phenomena Explorer Edition 1.0 (QPE-1.0).

This Doxygen page is only an orientation for source readers; it does not replace the license text.

• LICENSE_IT.txt — authoritative Italian license text;
• LICENSE.txt — English translation;
• THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt — third-party components and independent license obligations;
• LICENSE_REPORT.md — project-maintainer summary/checkpoint notes.

The QPE license governs original QPE material only. Qt and any other third-party component remain governed by their own terms. In particular, publishing QPE source does not relicense Qt.

For commercial redistribution, OEM incorporation, public distribution of modified builds, or other uses outside the grants in QPE-1.0, follow the permission process stated in the authoritative license.
