This directory contains the maintained inputs for the public source-code reference of Quantum Phenomena Explorer.

From the project root on Windows:

build_doxygen.bat

The script first runs validate_doxygen_sources.py, then invokes Doxygen using docs\doxygen\Doxyfile. Generated HTML is written to docs\generated\html\index.html.

The application Help and the Doxygen site have different jobs: Help explains phenomena to the user; Doxygen explains implementation contracts, architecture and numerical machinery to a source reader.

Windows tool selection (Step 59.2)

build_doxygen.bat uses select_doxygen_tools.py to avoid obsolete Doxygen copies earlier on PATH. It chooses the newest compatible Doxygen found in Program Files/PATH and reports the selected Graphviz dot.exe. Set QPE_DOXYGEN or QPE_DOT to full executable paths only when an explicit override is required.
